It’s easy to assemble this cozy weekend snack board with a few pantry items, pumpkin bread, and a fall-themed cookie cutter. You can make the pumpkin bread from scratch or just pick one up at the market – whatever makes you happy.
Ingredients:
- Dried fruit (I used a mix of dried apricots, craisins, and no-sugar-added dried papaya)
- Popcorn (for young kids, swap for whole grain cereal or a puffed snack since popcorn can be a choking hazard)
- Cheese cubes
- Sliced bell peppers
- Pumpkin bread
Note: I cut the leftover pumpkin bread scraps into cubes and we happily snacked on them later! You could also throw the cubes into a parfait with plain Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon and fresh berries for a fun dessert.
