Orders

All orders ship out of our fulfillment facility in Alpharetta, GA within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Once shipped, Standard UPS Ground shipments will reach you in 2-6 business days, depending on your shipping location.

We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to adjust or cancel your order,  please contact us at support@feedprojects.com with the subject line: ADJUST ORDER.

Returns

  1. Complete the return form included on your packing list and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package. 
  2. Please send your return to:

  3. Ship your package using a carrier of your choice and keep the tracking details for your records. 
  4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 10-15 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

We accept unworn, unused items purchased exclusively from feedprojects.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items or considered worn may not qualify for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend creating a return for a refund (the credit will appear within 5-7 business days) and selecting a new product.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10-15 business days for us to process your request. Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs you may have incurred.

We’re sorry you weren’t happy with your gift! To create a return for a gift you received, you will need to know the order number as well as the shipping zip code or billing last name. Please contact our customer service team at support@feedprojects.com to complete your return.

We take pride in making good products with great care. If you believe your product is defective within 3 months of purchase, please contact our customer service team at support@feedprojects.com with the subject “Defective Product” and we will replace your item for you. Please have the following information on hand:

Order Number

  • Short description of defect or issue
  • Pictures of the issue
  • Shipping address for the replacement product

Product and Sizing

Many of our products are seasonal or limited-time only collaborations, which means when they sell out, they will not be restocked. However, our Classic styles (FEED 1, FEED 100, etc.) are frequently restocked.

  • If your item is burlap -
    • Burlap is made of natural jute fabric and has a tendency to wear with use over time. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is the most ideal method of cleaning your product, in order to preserve the burlap material. However, in some cases you may choose to machine wash your product in cold water or dry clean as well, but please note that this method will have an affect on the durability and texture of the product. Please do not machine dry.
  • If your item is canvas -
    • Canvas products are able to be machine washed. Please air dry your product, as machine drying has a tendency to slightly reduce the size and shape of the canvas.
  • If your item is leather - 
    • Customers can spot clean their leather products with a soft clean cloth. Avoid contact with water, grease, perfumes or cosmetics. We recommend that our customers consult a leather care professional for more custom care and treatment practices.

We are proud to use genuine, semi-vegetable tanned leather to create our leather bags and accessories. The decision to create a leather line was rooted in a conscious decision to expand our offering, and consequently, our impact. We are always on the lookout for new, sustainable, innovative materials, but as of now, we are proud to offer genuine leather as part of our assortment, rather than synthetic leather, which is often made from plastic and we feel results in a lower quality, less durable product. Ultimately, the more ways we offer our customers to integrate FEED into their style choices, the more meals we will be able to give.

We took great care in creating a leather collection that we are proud to stand behind, in both sourcing of materials and production standards. Although over 80-85% of the leather industry uses a method of chromium tanning, the vast majority of our leather products are vegetable and combination tanned which is much better for the environment. Vegetable tanning is one of the oldest methods of tanning. It involves the use of very complex organic substances called tannins found in wood, bark, leaves, fruits and galls of trees.

Get Involved

FEED Supper is our grassroots fundraising initiative, where we call upon our supporters to host their own dinner parties that raise meals for people in need. It can be as simple as takeout pizza with a few friends, to a more formal, seated affair, with all of the guests donating a few dollars to the cause. FEED is a for-profit company designed to offer quality products to consumers, while providing the opportunity to make an impact with their purchase. Outside of raising funds through our product sales, our biggest fundraising initiative is FEED Supper. This campaign is in partnership with Feeding America, in which we encourage our supporters to host meals and raise funds and awareness to fight hunger. Shipping

International shipping options are available upon request by contacting our customer service team at feedprojects@pbd.com with the subject line: “INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INQUIRY.” Please note, shipping to Canada will be at least $30USD and other international points will be at least $80 USD.

USPS shipping is available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS. Shipments to P.O. boxes are limited to shipments of $500 or less. If you need help shipping to these locations, please contact our customer service team at support@feedprojects.com with the Subject Line: “PO BOX/ APO/FPO ADDRESS SHIPMENT”

Yes! We offer flat rate express shipping options: $20 for 2nd Day Air and $40 for Next Day Air. All express orders must be placed by 2pm EST. Orders submitted after 2pm EST will ship out the following business day.

No, FEED is a social impact-driven brand, sometimes referred to as a "social business." We believe in the power of a customer’s everyday purchases (like purchasing a new everyday leather bag or a reusable tote) to transform lives. FEED provides a tangible, shareable and giftable way to engage with the fight against childhood hunger, and make a difference, one bag at a time.

Giving

Every FEED product has a specific donation attached to the sale of the item. Rather than donating a "percentage of profits or proceeds" like other organizations, we donate an exact amount of money from each product sold, which is built into the cost of the product andcommunicate it transparently and simply in terms of the end use for the funds, which is school meals. For example, your purchase of the FEED 10 Bag (stamped with a 10), helps provide 10 school meals for children in need. To actually donate and distribute the meals, FEED works with two  incredible giving partners who are on-the-ground – the UN World Food Programme for global giving and No Kid Hungry for domestic giving. The dollar amount is donated by FEED to one or both of our giving partners, who then allocates and distributes meals through their network of governments, schools, and relief workers around the globe.

Flat Rate Shipping

We have flat rate shipping charges for all orders placed within Our Rates the Continental U.S. Shipping orders placed outside of the Continental U.S. will be calculated based on weight of package, shipping location, and other various UPS charges. Standard Ground shipments going to residential addresses will be sent via UPS SurePost and delivered by USPS.
